Valiant Jewell:

There has been some Confusion about the DJ's and Hosts and shifts.

HOSTS:
IF a DJ is a NO SHOW (Does not contact management BEFORE their shift starts) AND the Host DOES show up. The Host is to CLOCK in like normal and then WAIT 30 Minutes to see if the DJ shows up. AFTER 30 Minutes and NO DJ then the HOST Cancels the set and LOGS OFF the timeclock, AND gets paid for the time being there.

A HOST MAY COVER FOR ANY SHIFT.

AT NO TIME ARE HOSTS TO DO A SHIFT WITH RADIO ONLY!

DJ'S:
A DJ MAY COVER FOR ANY SHIFT THAT HAD PRIOR APPROVAL FOR MISSING THE SHIFT.
For Example..if the 4-6 DJ Contacts Management and says they can NOT make their shift..THEN and ONLY then will that SHIFT come open for Cover (FOR THAT DAY AND TIME ONLY).
If you see ROSE or VAL (or any manager) asking for a DJ for a certain Timeslot then that means the Dj that was suppose to work HAS contacted management and then the shift is OPEN for a cover.
DJ's that ARE doing a Cover WILL work with the HOST that was SCHEDULED for that timeslot.
FOR ALL DJ's AND Shifts, IF the HOST IS A NO SHOW THEN THE DJ MAY work without a Host if they want. OR may ask in the Staff group for a HOST to work with them for that shift.
